The PRO-PUMP PCP Series is a compact, innovative single-component dispenser designed to ensure exceptional precision in dispensing challenging materials.

The PRO-PUMP series features a perfectly sealed interface between the rotor and stator, enabling it to achieve a higher vacuum level than gear pumps, resulting in exceptional material suction capability. Its non- pulsating design ensures a highly consistent flow rate.

The conveyed material volume is directly proportional to the rotor's rotational speed, independent of dosing pressure. This allows precise adjustment of material flow and accurate dispensing, even for challenging materials.

Additionally, the device operates without the need for valves and supports reverse material conveyance (programmable snuff back). The PRO-PUMPS innovative rubber molding technology further enhances its ability to handle materials with a high filler content, ensuring reliable and efficient dispensing.
